- FREE Tenancy Agreement Renewals (For Landlords & Tenants) .
- Overseeing Occupation & Departure of Tenants (including check-ins and check-out, photographs and meter readings etc).
- Information and Advice regarding legal obligations and best advice.
- Included- Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
- Client Accounts (separate accounts for rents and bond payments.
- Monthly Statements of Account (e-statements).
- Overseas Landlords are welcome (ask for advice if you are worried about your tax position).

- Rent Collection Service-£200 Plus 8% of Rental Income(+vat): Includes finding and vetting a tenant, we then manage the financial aspect of your property, not the practical aspect; this includes registering tenancy deposits and arranging utility transfers.
- Key Holder Service-£200 Plus 5% of Rental Income (+vat): Includes finding and vetting a tenant and providing access in case of emergencies or for contractors, potential tenants, etc.
