Our Management Services:

We provide a comprehensive range of letting services for a fantastic all-inclusive fee of £200.00 plus 10% of rental income (+vat) when we fully manage your property. PLEASE NOTE: We do not charge Landlords or Tenants for any existing Tenancy Agreement renewals as most other agents do.

Our Full Management Services are listed below:

  • Free Rental Appraisals.
  • Included- Multi-Site Internet Advertising with PDF brochure, advertising to find you a tenant as quickly as possible.  
  • Included- Local Newspaper Advertising.
  • Included- Striking "To Let" Board. 
  • Included- Daily Accompanied Viewings (including weekends and evenings).
  • Included- Full Tenant Referencing- Inc. Credit, Identification and Residency Checks, Employment, Affordability and Landlord/Agent References as a minimum.
  • Included- Inventory/Property Condition Reports (including photographs, meter readings).
  • FREE Tenancy Agreement Renewals (For Landlords & Tenants) .
  • Overseeing Occupation & Departure of Tenants (including check-ins and check-out, photographs and meter readings etc).
  • Information and Advice regarding legal obligations and best advice.
  • Included- Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
  • Client Accounts (separate accounts for rents and bond payments.
  • Monthly Statements of Account (e-statements).
  • Overseas Landlords are welcome (ask for advice if you are worried about your tax position).

In addition, you will receive a free "Premium Listing" on Rightmove.co.uk to enhance the amount of detailed internet coverage you receive for your property. Statistics show that it really does work! 

We also offer:

    • Rent Collection Service-£200 Plus 8% of Rental Income(+vat): Includes finding and vetting a tenant, we then manage the financial aspect of your property, not the practical aspect; this includes registering tenancy deposits and arranging utility transfers.
    • Key Holder Service-£200 Plus 5% of Rental Income (+vat): Includes finding and vetting a tenant and providing access in case of emergencies or for contractors, potential tenants, etc.
