  Please Note: We also supply and fit nationally recognised anti-snap Euro locks with specialised keys that can't be cut without an aothorisation code (ideal to start a tenancy knowing there have been no additional keys cut and all have been returned).

• Full Management, Let Only, Rent Collection & Key-Holder Services.

• Property Refurbishment, Decorating, Repairs or Cleaning Services (Ask for details).

At the end of a tenancy: this is where most landlords return to the property and complete any necessary repairs, redecorating, planned refurbishment and improvements to ensure the property is appealing for the next potential tenants. For landlords who do not have the time or are simply out of area or overseas, this task is usually of the upmost difficulty to arrange. Bearing this in mind we can co-ordinate all works together under one-roof and provide accurate quotes and competetive rates for our landlords without the need for unneccessary call-out charges from multiple trades people. If you have had this situation before then you will be aware of the difficulty, time and expense that can result. Taking the stress out of this situation for you is our aim whilst updating any relevant photographs and information as we go along in order to keep your property advertising in sync with any updates within the property. Now that's what we call service!!
