Tenant Referencing will apply to all applicants over the age of 18 (including Guarantors) and will include as a minimum:

• Credit History Check
• Employment Check
• Previous Landlord/Agent Check
• Proof of Identification
• Proof of Addresses
• Affordability Check
  
  Once a suitable Tenant has been agreed with you, we will arrange a "Tenancy Agreement" to be signed (usually 6 or 12 months), an Inventory & Property Condition Report completed and  for the first month's rent and security deposit to be taken.

If our  "Full Management Service" is required then we will register the tenant's deposit within a Government Approved Scheme and forward your monthly remittance with "Statements of Account" for your records.
